1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to the Omni Lights website, product catalogue, collections, project gallery, and any related online materials (together, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Omni Lights is the architectural lighting business of the Omni GMT Group, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We design, specify, supply, install, and support interior and exterior lighting for government, corporate, hospitality, infrastructure, and private clients.

2. The website is a catalogue, not a shop

The Site is an informational catalogue and brand presence. Product names, images, descriptions, specifications, and project photographs are shown to help architects, consultants, and clients understand our range. Listing a product or project on the Site does not constitute an offer to sell, a quotation, or a guarantee of stock.

Prices, lead times, photometric data, IP ratings, colour temperatures, and finishes — where mentioned — are illustrative. Binding commercial terms are confirmed only in a written quotation, proforma, or contract issued by Omni Lights.

3. Quotes, specifications, and projects

When you submit a quote request, email, or visit an experience center, you ask us to consider a lighting project. We will use the information you provide to prepare a response. A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it, and only for the scope described.

• Design and technical planning, product selection, supply, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service are provided under separate project agreements — not solely by using this website.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of drawings, site conditions, and requirements you share with us.
• Installation and electrical work must be carried out in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi electrical codes and any site-specific safety rules. Where our teams install, we do so as agreed in writing; where others install, Omni Lights is not responsible for work we did not perform.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including the Omni Lights name and logo, photography, video (including showroom footage), catalogue layouts, copy, and graphic design, is owned by Omni Lights / Omni GMT Group or used under licence from brand partners. You may view and download materials for personal or professional evaluation of our products. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse Site content without our prior written consent.

Product images and brand marks of partners (for example Signify, OSRAM, iGuzzini, ERCO, and others displayed on the Site) remain the property of those brands. Their appearance does not grant you any licence to those marks.

5. Project photography

Highlighted projects — including civic, hospitality, aviation, and infrastructure installations — are shown to illustrate completed work. Photographs may include third-party architecture and branding. They are not an endorsement by those organisations of this website, and must not be reused without permission.

6. Catalogues and downloads

Collection catalogues (including Casa, Esterno, and Premio, when available) are provided for specification and reference. They may be updated or withdrawn at any time. Downloaded files remain our intellectual property; share them internally with your project team, but do not redistribute them as your own publication.

7. Experience centers

Our Gulshan and Paltan experience centers are showrooms. Visiting hours, displayed fixtures, and samples may change. Appointments are recommended for detailed specification sessions. Visitors must follow staff instructions and must not photograph or film inside without permission where it would interfere with other clients or our displays.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, harvest contact data, submit false enquiries, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may block access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to WhatsApp, maps, partner brands, or other external services. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Omni Lights is not responsible for content or practices outside our control.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We take care to keep information current, but we do not warrant that every image, specification, or project description is complete or error-free. Lighting performance depends on architecture, voltage, installation, environment, and maintenance.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Bangladesh, Omni Lights and the Omni GMT Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Site, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
